At SHREADS, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Please review the details below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS & PROCESSING

We currently ship across India. International shipping, if available, will be clearly mentioned on the product page or at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1–6 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3-7 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES & TRACKING

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or on orders above a specified value.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS to help you monitor delivery status.

4. DELIVERY, ADDRESS & DAMAGES

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery multiple times before marking an order as undeliverable. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. SHREADS is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear images or videos. Claims raised after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

5. CANCELLATIONS, RISK & CONTACT

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Risk of loss and ownership of the products pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address.
