SHREADS follows a controlled inventory model, where stock levels are intentionally kept limited to maintain quality standards and operational efficiency. While certain products may be restocked periodically, availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
1. No Return / No Exchange
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on any orders.
This includes:

Change of mind

Preference-related reasons
We strongly request customers to check the size chart and product details carefully before placing an order.
If you require sizing assistance, our team is always available to help prior to purchase.
2. Wrong or Defective Product Received
If, in the rare case, you receive a wrong item or a damaged/defective product, we will gladly assist you.
Resolution:

We issue Store Credit equivalent to the product value (no refunds)

Store credit can be used for any future purchase on our website
Additional Notes:

Claims are subject to internal verification

Reverse pickup will be arranged if the claim is approved

Liability is limited strictly to the product/order value
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any claim, customers must provide:
A proper unboxing video recorded in one continuous shot, showing:

The sealed parcel

Opening of the package
-
The product received
-
The issue clearly visible
Without this video, we will not be able to approve the request under any circumstances.
4. Conditions Not Eligible
We will not be able to approve requests in the following cases:

No unboxing video, incomplete or edited video

Product does not fit (size exchange not available)

Customer changed mind

Product used, washed, or tampered

Claim raised after 12 hours of delivery

Packaging, tags, or seals are missing or damaged
5. How to Raise an Issue
If you received a wrong or defective item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with:- Full name
- Order number
- Unboxing video
