To ensure transparency and a smooth experience, please read our policy carefully.


1. No Return / No Exchange

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on any orders.

This includes:

  • Size issues

  • Change of mind

  • Preference-related reasons

We request customers to check the size chart and product details before placing an order.


2. Wrong or Defective Product Received

If, in the rare case, you receive a wrong item or a damaged/defective product we will gladly assist you.

Resolution:
We issue Store Credit of the product value (no refunds).

Store credit can be used for any future purchase on our website.


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any claim, customers must provide:

A proper unboxing video recorded in one continuous shot, showing:

  • The sealed parcel

  • Opening of the package

  • The product received

  • The issue clearly visible

Without this video, we cannot approve the request.


4. Conditions Not Eligible

We will not be able to approve requests in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video, incomplete or edited video

  • Product does not fit (size exchange not available)

  • Customer changed mind

  • Product used or tampered

  • Claim raised after 12 hours of delivery 


5. How to Raise an Issue

If you received a wrong or defective item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Unboxing video
